Log Files

20 Below Games, Inc follows a standard procedure of using log files. These files log visitors when they visit websites. All hosting companies do this and a part of hosting services' analytics. The information collected by log files include internet protocol (IP) addresses, browser type, Internet Service Provider (ISP), date and time stamp, referring/exit pages, and possibly the number of clicks. These are not linked to any information that is personally identifiable. The purpose of the information is for analyzing trends, administering the site, tracking users' movement on the website, and gathering demographic information.

Third-party ad servers or ad networks uses technologies like cookies, JavaScript, or Web Beacons that are used in their respective advertisements and links that appear on 20 Below Games, Inc, which are sent directly to users' browser. They automatically receive

your IP address when this occurs. These technologies are used to measure the effectiveness of their advertising campaigns and/or to personalize the advertising content that you see on websites that you visit.

20 Below Games, Inc's Privacy Policy does not apply to other advertisers or websites. Use of Data collected by Apps

Currently, the game "Metalheads AR" is the only app published by 20 Below Games that collects data. It uses Apple's TrueDepth API to collect data about the user's face in order to map the selected mask to the user's face and track it in real time. This data is cached locally on the user's device and not sent to 20 Below Games. 20 Below Games does not collect, store or pass on this data to any third parties. Since this data is the core functionality of the app, users who do not wish to ever have an app gather information of this type - even solely to their own device, should not install or use this app. If you have done so, deleting the app will delete the data.

To be clear, we do not use data collected by the app for  marketing, advertising or use-based data mining, including by third parties.

Other permissions

Currently, the game "Metalheads AR" asks user permission to access the microphone in order to record the users voice, and the camera to record the users face/body. Since this is the entire purpose of the app, if you do not wish to grant these permissions, do not use this app. The microphone and camera are used to make pictures and videos to send to other people. Again, if you do not wish to make images or videos, do not install this app.

Children's Information

Another part of our priority is adding protection for children while using the internet. We encourage parents and guardians to observe, participate in, and/or monitor and guide their online activity.

20 Below Games, Inc does not knowingly collect any Personal Identifiable Information from children under the age of 13. If you think that your child provided this kind of information on our website, we strongly encourage you to contact us immediately and we will do our best efforts to promptly remove such information from our records.

Online Privacy Policy Only

This privacy policy (GDPR Privacy Policy created at GDPRPrivacyPolicy.net) applies only to our online activities and is valid for visitors to our website with regards to the information that they shared and/or collect in 20 Below Games, Inc. This policy is not applicable to any information collected offline or via channels other than this website.
